1. What products offers BUYnBLUE on?

BUYnBLUE offers a wide selection of high-quality lamps and lights for various rooms and purposes, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and more. We also have a new outdoor range of lamps and lights.

 

2. Where can I at BUYnBLUE shopping?

You can easily shop online on our website and order the lamps and lights you want. We do not yet have a branch or showroom, although this is planned for the future.

 

3. Which countries delivers to BUYnBLUE?

BUYnBLUE currently supplies customers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Croatia and the USA.

 

4. How long does the processing time take?

As a rule, all orders are shipped within 2-5 days from the order date.

 

5. How long does delivery take?

The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Delivery to Switzerland, Germany and the USA usually takes around 10-15 working days, although it can sometimes be a little quicker.

 

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to view the current delivery status.

 

7. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it is usually processed immediately. If you would like to make any changes, please contact our customer service immediately and we will do our best to adjust the order.

 

7. Can I cancel my order?

It is usually possible to cancel the order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. The refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout. To cancel, please contact customer service immediately at info@buynblue.com or simply reply to the order confirmation via email.

 

8. Is there a guarantee on the products?

Yes, on all products from BUYnBLUE There is a 2-year warranty. You can find out more about this in our terms and conditions in section 8: Warranty conditions and services.



9. Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

11. Offers BUYnBLUE customized lighting solutions?

Yes, we offer customized lighting solutions for individual projects. Many of our products can be customized upon request. We are happy to offer a volume discount for larger orders. Please feel free to contact our customer service for further information.
