The order processing and the fulfillment of special requests was really TOP!!! Points are deducted for the assembly, the ropes and power cables were tangled.
It takes 5 people to assemble and the enclosed instructions are unfortunately too vague.
Very good advice. Quick answers and top product. We are very satisfied.
Took them with 3 rings and had them extended to 2.50m.

The delivery time was long. But it was worth the wait.
A really great lamp. It took two people to install and arrange, as the positioning always requires a wider perspective. There were three of us, which made it even easier.
The lamp comes in secure packaging and looks great.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to install at a height of 6m.
I would have liked the installation instructions to be in German and to state that the lamp should not be taken out of the box for installation so that the wires do not get tangled.
I would also have liked working wires between the ceiling bracket and the lamp. Because of the difficult installation only 4 stars.
