Deliveries to Germany and the USA are subject to customs and tax. Customs and import fees incurred for deliveries outside Germany and the USA must be borne by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to find out about the applicable customs regulations in their country.

As a rule, all orders are shipped within 2-5 working days from the order date. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Delivery within Europe and the USA usually takes 10-15 working days from the shipping date, although it can sometimes be a little quicker.
