BUYnBLUE beliefert zurzeit Kunden in der Schweiz, Deutschland, Österreich, Luxemburg, Belgien, Niederlande, Italien, Frankreich und den USA.

Werden noch weitere Kosten, wie Zoll- oder Importkosten auf mich zukommen?

Alle Lieferungen werden verzollt und versteuert innerhalb der EU und den USA geliefert. Das heisst, es werden keine weiteren Zoll- oder Importkosten auf Sie zukommen. Sonderfall Schweiz: Da die Schweiz nicht Teil der EU ist, erfolgt die Lieferungen in die Schweiz DAP - unverzollt und unversteuert. Bei einem Bestellwert von über 65 CHF wird per Schweizer Zollbestimmungen in der Regel eine Einfuhrumsatzsteuer von 8.1% fällig. Hinzu kommt eine einmalige Bearbeitungsgebühr von 16 CHF plus eine Zuschlag von 3% des Warenwerts. Anbei ein Rechenbeispiel: Ein Kunde in der Schweiz bestellt eine Lampe im Wert von 200 CHF. Da der Bestellwert über 65 CHF liegt, wird eine Einfuhrumsatzsteuer von 8.1% bzw. 16.20 CHF fällig. Hinzu kommt eine einmalige Bearbeitungsgebühr von 16 CHF plus einen Zuschlag von 3% des Warenwerts also 6 CHF. Wie lange dauert die Lieferung?

In der Regel werden alle Bestellung innert 2-5 Werktagen ab Bestelldatum verschickt. Die Lieferzeit variiert je nach Zielland. In der Regel dauert die Lieferung innerhalb Europa und den USA 10-15 Werktage ab Versanddatum, wobei es durchaus auch mal etwas schneller gehen kann.

Which countries does BUYnBLUE deliver to?

BUYnBLUE currently supplies customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, France and the USA.

Will I have to pay any other costs, such as customs or import costs?

All deliveries are delivered duty paid and taxed within the EU and the USA. This means that you will not incur any additional customs or import costs.

Special case Switzerland:

As Switzerland is not part of the EU, deliveries to Switzerland are DAP - duty unpaid and untaxed. If the order value exceeds CHF 65, Swiss customs regulations generally require an import sales tax of 8.1% to be paid. In addition, there is a one-off handling fee of CHF 16 plus a surcharge of 3% of the value of the goods.
