Cancellation of the order is generally possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. The refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout. To cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately at [email protected] or simply reply to the order confirmation by email.
Once an order has been placed, it will normally be processed immediately. If you want to make changes, please contact our customer service immediately and we will do our best to adjust the order.
The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email as soon as the order has been placed. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.

Shipping and delivery
BUYnBLUE currently supplies customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, France and the USA.
All deliveries are delivered duty paid and taxed within the EU and the USA. This means that you will not incur any additional customs or import costs.
Special case Switzerland:
As Switzerland is not part of the EU, deliveries to Switzerland are DAP - duty unpaid and untaxed. If the order value exceeds CHF 65, Swiss customs regulations generally require an import sales tax of 8.1% to be paid. In addition, there is a one-off handling fee of CHF 16 plus a surcharge of 3% of the value of the goods.
Here is a sample calculation:
A customer in Switzerland orders a lamp worth CHF 200. As the order value is over CHF 65, an import sales tax of 8.1% or CHF 16.20 is due. In addition, there is a one-off processing fee of CHF 16 plus a surcharge of 3% of the value of the goods, i.e. CHF 6. As a rule, all orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days of the order date. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. As a rule, delivery within Europe and the USA takes 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch, although it can sometimes be a little faster.
Yes, you can track the status of your order. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to view the current delivery status.
