BUYnBLUE offers a wide range of high-quality lamps and lights for different rooms and purposes, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and more. We also have a new outdoor range of lamps and lights.

 

2. where can I shop at BUYnBLUE?

You can shop conveniently online on our website and order your desired lamps and lights. We do not yet have a branch or showroom, although this is planned for the future.

 

3. which countries does BUYnBLUE deliver to?

BUYnBLUE currently supplies customers in Switzerland, Germany and the USA.

 

4. how long does the processing time take?

As a rule, all orders are dispatched within 2-5 days of the order date.

 

5. how long does the delivery take?

The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. As a rule, delivery to Switzerland, Germany and the USA takes around 10-15 working days, although it can sometimes be a little quicker.

 

6. can I track my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to view the current delivery status.

 

7. can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, it will normally be processed immediately. If you want to make changes, please contact our customer service immediately and we will do our best to adjust the order.

 

7. can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of the order is generally possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. The refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout. To cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately at [email protected] or simply reply to the order confirmation by email.

 

8. is there a guarantee on the products?

Yes, all BUYnBLUE products are covered by a 2-year warranty. You can find out more about this in our GTC in section 8: Warranty conditions and services.



9. can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Yes, our customer service team will be happy to help you. The easiest way to contact us is by email ([email protected]) or via the contact form on our website.

 

11. does BUYnBLUE offer customized lighting solutions?

Yes, we offer customized lighting solutions for individual projects. Many of our products can be customized on request. We are happy to offer a quantity discount for larger orders. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Yes, we regularly have special offers and discounts on selected products. Keep up to date on our website or our social media channels to make sure you don't miss out on any offers. We also recommend that you sign up for our newsletter. That way you won't miss any more news and you'll also receive a 5% discount code for your first order with us.
