Cancellation of the order is generally possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. The refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout. As Switzerland is not part of the EU, deliveries to Switzerland are DAP - duty unpaid and untaxed. If the order value exceeds CHF 65, Swiss customs regulations generally require an import sales tax of 8.1% to be paid. In addition, there is a one-off handling fee of CHF 16 plus a surcharge of 3% of the value of the goods.

A customer in Switzerland orders a lamp worth CHF 200. As the order value is over CHF 65, an import sales tax of 8.1% or CHF 16.20 is due.
