How do I get my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email as soon as the order has been placed. This will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.
How long is the cancellation period for a product?

Shipping and Delivery
To which countries does BUYnBLUE ship?
BUYnBLUE currently ships to customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, France, and the USA.
Will there be any additional costs, such as customs or import fees?
All deliveries are cleared through customs and taxed within the EU and the USA. This means that there will be no additional customs or import costs for you.
Special case Switzerland:
Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, deliveries to Switzerland are DAP - without customs duties or taxes. For order values exceeding CHF 65, Swiss customs regulations typically impose an import VAT of 8.1%. Additionally, there is a one-time processing fee of CHF 16 plus a surcharge of 3% of the goods value.
Here is an example calculation:
A customer in Switzerland orders a lamp worth CHF 200. Since the order value is over CHF 65, an import VAT of 8.1% or CHF 16.20 is due. In addition, there is a one-time processing fee of CHF 16 plus a surcharge of 3% of the goods value, i.e. CHF 6. In this case, the import taxes would be CHF 38.20, which must be paid in cash directly to the Swiss Post upon delivery of the package. More information can be found here.
How long does the delivery take?
As a rule, all orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days from the order date. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Delivery within Europe and the USA usually takes 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch, although it can sometimes be faster.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to view the current delivery status.
