Right of withdrawal

As the buyer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you take delivery of the goods and does not apply to replacements, exchange products or custom-made products.

The date of dispatch of your declaration of revocation is decisive for compliance with the revocation period.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a declaration of withdrawal by email to [email protected]. The following information should be included in the declaration of withdrawal so that we can assign the goods:

1. Your order number
2. Name and address
3. Reason for return (optional)

After contacting us, we will forward you the address of our warehouse to which the parcel must be returned. The parcel cannot be returned to the address in the imprint or to the sender's address.

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are new and in their original packaging. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
