Order
Can I cancel my order?
It is usually possible to cancel the order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. The refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout. To cancel, please contact customer service immediately at info@buynblue.com or simply reply to the order confirmation via email.
How can I change my order?
Once an order is placed, it is usually processed immediately. If you would like to make any changes, please contact our customer service immediately and we will do our best to adjust the order.
How do I get my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email once the order has been placed. This will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.
How long does the cancellation period apply to a product?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. You can find more information about this here.

Which countries delivers to BUYnBLUE?
BUYnBLUE currently supplies customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, France and the USA.
Will I incur further costs, such as customs or import costs?
All deliveries are cleared and taxed within the EU and the USA delivered. This means that you will not incur any additional customs or import costs.
How long does delivery take?
As a rule, all orders are shipped within 2-5 working days from the order date. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Delivery within Europe and the USA usually takes 10-15 working days from the shipping date, although it can sometimes be a little quicker.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email with which you can view the current delivery status.

Is there a guarantee on the products?
Yes, all of our products come with a 2-year warranty. You can find out more about this in ours Terms and Conditions in Section 8: Warranty conditions and services.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods depending on the country, including payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, and TWINT.
How is a refund made?
All refunds will be made using the payment method you used when ordering. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Yes. All lamps in our range are compatible with connection voltages between 110V-230V!
